Having trouble getting Windows to launch after installing the new 750GTX graphics card.   Was able to download the latest driver from EVGA site in safemode, but did not help.  Reluctant to start flashing new BIOS unless I am certain this will fix it.  System was built for me and utilities I have tried are not giving me a full identifier for the board.  Any other possible solutions I can try.   Have Windows 7 professional 64 bit installed.

Download DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and run it in safemode.

This will completely remove all NVIDIA drivers/files/folders from your computer, once that is complete re-install latest NVIDIA driver and see if that fixes the problem.

I had already used ddu on the initial install, but as I originally loaded the drivers from CD I tried this again with latest Ellen drivers. But fortunately it did not work and EVGA helpline Stating my MB not compatible. There is another thread with similar question so let's close this discussion and consolidate. Thanks

Go into your motherboard BIOS, and check for ''on board Graphics" or Onboard VGA and make sure that on board graphics is disabled.
Also, check the settings for your PCIE slots and see that PCIE 16 is enabled as Init. Display First.
With these settings, the MB will not detect on board graphics and will utilize  the GTX750.
Then make sure you have the graphics card inserted into the PCIE x16 slot.
I have a home built system with a GTX750Ti and it works as designed.

Motherboard is a Gigabyte Z-68 series, 4 years old and BIOS is 3 years old, not the latest.
