Well changed out power supplies, changed the cards around, ran single cards, swapped cords, changed sli bridges just a example of issues im having. Never seen a pink striped screen of death (jokes). This is third time it happened. I'm really tired off issues with these cards. Already got a RMA setup
Edit : only does this every once in awhile 3 times since i SLIed last Thursday.

Same results I'm really starting to hate these cards. Let me give a more accurate description tech support had me move the bridge back ( the set of interconnects away from rear of case). To try to fix stuttering and general ghosting. It seemed to work for about a day. Then this screen appeared again for the third time.

I would think ghosting has more to do with the monitor than the video card.

No problems when changing to 7950 same monitor, same cable, same power supply, same mobo, same memory, same same same. maybe overheating with two cards they sit about 8 degrees difference, bottom card 55 top card 63. Im not sure at this point just rma if no other trouble shooting can be done.

Remove that "Creative Soundblaster Z PCI express soundcard" and retest, they are know to cause problems.

other day playing evolve having the best match ive had in awhile. Everything went pixel-ed like dropped from 32bit to 16bit. Crashed to desktop" windows out of memory". Ive got 16 gigs of memory with 16 gigs of virtual on ssd OS disk. and 16 gigs on ssd game drive. Just weird sh!t keeps happening. Sometimes hair and other character features have white specks all through shadows. Then on certain frames  looks wavy. tried all drivers. I guess i can reflash BIOS.

I would say you have tested all that you can so I guess you should open a Support Ticket to start the RMA process.
If you have not done so you will need to Register your cards.

Just aggravating. They were stepped up to ftw+s. instead of rma-ing. but ill try again one card at a time.
