First of all, sorry if this is wrong place for that kind of question. I have been waited now almost 2 months that GTX 980 hydro copper waterblocks will be available again in EU store. All what I can get from support is copy/paste message which basically says: we don't have any clue when these will be available again and just use our Notify-Me function. Do anyone have better information about availability of these waterblocks?

Not just in the EU. Here in the US, same story. I've been trying to give EVGA another $200+ for the block and the backplate but if we can't get an answer soon, I'm just going to get something without the EVGA logo on it. This block is all that I need to get everything in my computer under water and I'm getting tired of waiting without any real information. Someone help us out... a ballpark, a guess, anything would be better then what the website says.

The GTX 980 HC P/N: 04G-P4-2989-KR is in stock and pre-installed and higher clocks to boot. WOW! Only 6 Left now, they are going fast. Forgot to add they have the back plate installed as well.

Unfortunately for those with the 980 already in hand, this is counterproductive. Take a loss to pay way above a premium.. higher clocks and pre-installed with a slightly fancier look to the block, but they all take a loss to get said gpu after selling their old items off at a loss. If the block was restocked, they could get what they are asking for, without further losses.

Why do users not get them from EK? That is EK makes a fill water block for the GTX 980 Cards>?

Because the Hydrocopper has the light up terminal, the EVGA letter on the "top" of the block, and the old pass through design. EK does not offer that. Why spend 120 for something that isn't what you are looking for?

There are tons of options that would work. But there is one that EVGA 'sells' and that was what I've wanted to put in since day one. Now at month 4 I'm not sure I'm prepared to wait too much longer so I decided to ask here to see if anyone knew. I understand how to fix this, I just wanted to check to see if the block I really wanted was ever going to be sold. Based on the current crop of answers, I can assume that it won't be any time soon.

I just wanted to bring this back up to the top here. It's now been 3 months and 4 extra weeks. A couple people have responded to this post and no one from EVGA or anyone with any real information could even give us an approximate time. I guess no one here wants more of my money? Not sure why getting a product back in stock update is so difficult but apparently restocking is top secret stuff here at EVGA.

If you are looking for one in the US, I have one for sale, I could even consider shipping it to EU. Its a great looking block for sure!

So it is... available in the UK. Which is great except I'm in the US and now it makes even less sense why someone can't update me on a decent time frame for a product that they actually sell to be available here.

They should have those blocks ready and stocked in the store tbh considering people are willing to pay for it. #1 It's a huge premium over other water blocks while offering almost no functional difference. Personally, don't understand why people are willing to pay for it over any other EK, bitspower, swiftech block. #2 Having any manu name in huge text all upinside in my rig isn't my thing either... Not advertising for free lol #3 The price of the hydro copper is ridiuclous. Ref 980 with a waterblock for 800 kidding me. And I am someone who has 2 kpe 980s. At least I can somewhat justify the value in paying 800 for the kpes.

I'm not sure if you are on my side here or not, but either way thanks?
