Hello from Finland!

I have pc inside desk build going on atm and I wanted to share some pictures of my build :)

I will update new pics to this topic and I could try write something up.
English is not my native language, so I apologize in advance my language skills

Specs of my build:

Desk:
Desk body: oak and mdf board
All inside parts: Laminated carbon fiber
Bitspower 360 and 420 fangrills
vandal switches
rgb and uv lightning

Hardware:
Motherboard - Asus Maximus Formula VI + EK blocks
CPU - Intel Core i7 4790K + EK Block
PSU - Corsair AXi 860watt
RAM - 16GB G.Skill Sniper + EK Block
SSD - 250GB and 1000GB Samsung 840 Evo
Graphics card(s) - Probably EVGA GTX 980 Hydro Copper SLI

Cooling:
Radiator - Mo-Ra3 360 LT
Fans - Noiseblocker NB-Eloop B12-PS
Fan/pump control - Aquaero 5 LT
Pumps - Aqua-Computer D5 (2 pcs)
Pump top - EK-D5 Dual TOP

Reservoir2 - EK-RES X3 400 (4pcs)
Fittings - probably Bitspower fittings
Tubes - Acrylic 12/10 mm

Planning:

Desk build

Some carbon fibre

Laminating

Desk is finally painted and stained to black/white. Inside parts need some lacquer.

That grey part will be also laminated and all custom made cables will go through that "fake floor" one by one.

Next thing in that project is to make all custom made sleeved cables.
I will start with those cables probably next week :)

Very nice work man!! So glad to see a case mod/project that isn't another Corsair case. Not that I don't appreciate Corsairs cases and the mods that people do to them, but ive had my fill of them.

Personally I love Corsair mods but if you browse the mods rigs section you'll see a lot of different chassis manufacturers and also some PC cases built by modders themselves.

Oh yeah, I know ive seen zillions at this point, I meant more like I see new threads come up about builds and every other one seems like its a Corsair case. Not that I don't like them or not appreciate the work but ive had my fill for now and would like to see some more rarer manufacturers/models. Ive got a pretty cool little case that's a old Compaq business micro tower from 2000 that's got some cool options to it. Like push buttons to release the whole case from its frame and a shelf with the hdd/floppy/optical attached to it that rotates forward and out of the frame. Or ive got a really old case from around 1995, back when the mobo I/O cover was built into the case out of metal and had pop out accesses...remember those rj?!?!? It has a removeable mobo tray too and is kinda extra wide so I kept it for a cool weird mod one day. So those are some of the odd balls I want to Frankenstein into something soon I hope, and kinda would like to see others mess with.
