    Hello Nolaes619,

Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the forums.

With your step-up, If your tracking reference indicates that it was delivered, it will be processed as soon as possible however we do ask you always allocate 1-3 business days for processing of your step-up.

    Please review for your reference:
    http://www.evga.com/support/stepup/

How long does it take EVGA to ship out my new product once they receive my old one?

All RMAs, even Step-Ups, will be processed within 1-3 business days. This means from the day we receive your old product, we will process and ship out your new Step-Up product within 3 business days. If there are any problems with your shipment (No RMA number, no serial number sticker, damage, etc.), this will delay the processing time.

Any update yet? Is there any chance evga would ship it out today so I can receive it by Sat? I chose UPS 2ND air day. I know if it get ship out Fri/sat from you guys I won't get the new card by next week which would suck since I paid a lot so that it could get to you guys by this week so I hope you guys can take that into consideration. Please make it happen EVGA. :)

Hey there Xrayman, I notice on you sig that you have the Z5500, I just got mine from craiglist a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure if you can answer me or not have you experience the popping sound from the Logitech z5500? it seems if an electrical appliance turns on such as light switch, refrigerator, etc. I read the forums and all around that UPS is the way to go I just wanted to HEAR YOUR 2 CENT on that matter. Thanks for the smiley face by the way!!

Yes, mine is plugged into my CyberPower UPS. I have had these speakers for a few years now, and never heard a popping sound. I always had it plugged into the UPS, so I don't know if there is a popping sound when plugged into a regular outlet. I would imagine it would, especially if your house has older wiring.
