Dear Sirs,

You just sent me a broken Mainboard for the 2nd time:

- After one year of normal operation my EVGA x790 Dark failed because of some issue with the RAM slot. (It would not boot with RAM in the left sockets.) Your support told me to replace CPU (Intel is great at RMA) and the RAM (I bought additional RAM for 400€) … nothing helped, because it’s actually an issue of the board!
- You sent me replacement which still had some issues with the RAM (It sometimes not boot with ram in socket 7-8.) and a broken internal USB 3.0.
- Now you sent me again a replacement, this time with a broken Network adapter (top one, bottom one is working). The RAM is working fine on this 3rd board.

So I am just starting my 3rd RMA. The board itself is already a step-up board from an x79 Classified which had big issues with USB 2.0.

I am about to receive my 5th EVGA mainboard. Everytime I pay 7€ for postage and have to wait 1 week until I can rebuild my computer. Every time you just send me some used broken board with  different issues. WHY?

Please send me a NEW and fully WOKRING board in advance this time!

I am actually a huge fan - 3x EVGA680 GTX Classified, EVGA Backplate, EVGA SLI Bridge, EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 1500, EVGA CPU Cooler, EVGA Torq X10 Carbon – but you make me suffer a lot!

Europe. My RMA is 533215000117. I already did the advance payment as I selected advance RMA this time.

Please send my a fully working board this time. Really! Please try your best.
Its not funny, actually it's very, very sad.
    Do you think it's possible?

If its broken again I ll request a full refund this time and move to a different brand.
I now know from the advance payment, that it is 350€.

    niopio,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your RMA.

Please continue support directly with our EU office.  Please note that the forum is not the best venue for direct support with your product.

I will send a notice to the EU office to contact you directly so they can help you out

I now have very bad experience with support: They dont really read my emails and only sent me broken replacements.
(It was not once, but 2 times, ...)

So wish me luck for my third try!

P.S.: On the first replacement the internal USB 3.0 was broken. The guy on the support phone told me explicitly to check the forum for that issue.

    Hi niopio,

talked to our RMA-Manager and an RMA replacement product was pre-tested by one of our engineers and will be shipped by today; you will find the whole RMA information through your profile "UPS TrackingID will be valid by today´s evening round about 18:15 o´clock".

Support told me to check my router.... what’s next, do you want to blame my coffee machine?

I already wrote them in advance, that windows only shows one network connector. Why do you blame the router? Do you actually read requests?

At least they didn't ask how many times did you reboot.

I wouldn't be shocked if they did ask the customer to do that.  The good news is they did the right after he posted about it.

I can post the email with the router ....

BUT: I just got my 3rd replacement, ..... BIOS switch position 1 and 2 result in post 19, long pause and a reset to post 04. It took me a while to figure it out. Position 3 works fine. How can I install a bios on position 1 and 2?

I won a X79 Classified in a evga contest a while ago, I didn't even bother to open it, and I had to actually trade it for something else I did need that was less valueable just to get rid of it since nobody wanted it due to the problems it has.

it was the only way evga could get rid of them was give them away in contests.

even my EVGA Z68 has a few problems, I won't be getting evga boards again. They have great video cards/power supplies but not motherboards.

EVGA Power Supplies are now most wanted now.
But never mind you shouldn't get rid of X79 Classy if you get as gift.

well that was another reason I got rid of it, couldn't afford to do a build around it lol

the systems in my signature I didn't buy btw.... mostly gifted parts back at the time, lets just say I'm lucky on them.
