    200gb for $399 available worldwide in Q2 2015.

My wonderful camera still utilizes Compact Flash and taking .CR2 and High res .JPG, on a 64GB card, I can take 800+ pictures. A phone may never fill these before they wear out, lol.

The other problem is going to be the speed of the peripheral it is used in.  Example...my Dell Venue Pro 11 tops off at a speed of 30mb/s transfer rate for MicroSD card.  I didn't know that at the time and purchased a microsdhc card that had 90/90.  So, unfortunately my card tops off at 30/30.  Prior to a certain bios update...they used to let the tablet access the SDHC cards at a faster rate (70/70), then someone at Dell decided that we should not have that kind of transfer speed, so they crippled it with a bios setting that cannot be accessed.

You're quite right about that. In newer Android phones that have an SD card slot I always recommend a class 10 card minimum.

If you have an LG G3, you are good for up to 2TB, you saw that correct 2TB. Why they added support for something so many years off I have no clue, but it in the marketing material.

Not sure why, but when I saw this I was expecting something ridiculous like a petabyte .
Edit: yeah, a petabyte microSD card
