Hello. I have an Evga Supernova NEX650G Gold Power Supply 650W which i bought here in Greece during the previous summer. During the past weeks, the PSU started making a buzzing electric sound. It's not very loud, but you are able to hear it, especially if you are near the PC/PSU.
I checked for loose connections, tried the computer on another socket, with and without a UPS, nothing helped. According to the BIOS, the PSU is giving the correct voltages and there has been no malfunctions. But is this sound normal?
This is my configuration:

The retailer, who checked the PSU some months back (when it was making a similar noise that turned out to be a bad cord) didn't found any problem with the PSU or my PC (and charged me 15 euros just for checking...).
EDIT: The buzzing is constant, independent from load, when the computer is on. Also, it doesn't seem to be fan-related.
EDIT2: Just found this
vid.me/qB2. The constant buzzing is similar (if not the same) to the constant buzz i can hear in this video.
Is this harmful for my PC?
EDIT3:
And here is the noise that my PSU is making (starting at 00:09): vid.me/Sqke
