Help with overclocking

Ok guys i need help with Overclocking and your advice and your recommendation also....
before i say my specs i would like to here what do u think should i overclock or not i mainly use it for mmo games and high end games.. and i would like to see the best performance and quality and Picture and that is my right as i paid ****load of cash to build this machine so i would like to get every ounce of power this machine can give,
ok here is my specs..
 

CPU 3960 I7 extreme edition
Motherboard asus rampage iv Extreme
Sli Titan Hydrocopper
power supply Evga 1500
Ram 4x8gb = 32gb corsair Dominator 2400MHZ
and i have a good custom loop paid 1200$ to build it..
my Temp for Cpu 21 idle and while using it like 34 to 36 max with me playing Blade & Soul maxed out everything..
 
incase you want know my display its **** :D i have Monitor Samsung SyncMaster TA950 (27 Inch)
i orderd the SA model but i got the tv instead and i was in another country so couldnt give it back and am not satisfied with its pic and quality for gaming if u have recommended settings for gaming through nvidia color settings and the monitor itself please let me know also..

    I thought that the ASUS Rampage IV Extreme hand an Auto Overclock selection in the Bios?

    yes it does but when u select one it change memory freq to lower than what u have to fix that u set it to XMP and it reset the overclocking thats my problem :s

    But that is how it works on their motherboards.
    You might check on ROG's web site and download another users Bios Settings and give that a go.
    You may also fine more info the ROG's Forums Site than EVGA Forums Site.
    Have you used ROG Connect Yet!, this one small tool I wish EVGA had on their Classified Motherboards.
    On mine I use an old laptop and works great.
    I only have the Rampage IV Formula X79 with the i7-3970X installed and have the CPU running at 4.6GHz. X79GTX690Cruncher

    how about overclocking my cards i have 2 titans i want to get the most of `em i have that program Evga precision downloaded just need guide or advice at least :)
     
    Great one btw and thanks for ur answer mate, and i will try to chk at rog forums but for the evga i guess the place is here right or u dont think i will get help here for my cards either, i tried tomshardware but none answerd so far :s
