Hi! 
 
I have GTX 780 Ti Classified but the place "purchased" is EVGA RMA and the date "purchased" is on fev 18th.
 
May I pay extended warranty to 5-year?

    So you bought this card from EVGA?
    Or is this card an RMA item from EVGA?

    As far as I know you can only do the extended warranty on a new item within 90 days. 
    But if you did that with the original card the extended warranty should still apply to the RMA one as well.
