Hi all,
i have problem with instalation graphics card EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti in my computer HP Elite 7300 series MT.
 
Computer : "beep (20 sec pause) beep (20 sec pause) beep (20 sec pause) beep (20 sec pause) beep beep beep", game over.
I update BIOS 7.07 to 7.12 (newest).
In BIOS not function SECURITY OPTIONS DISABLE ! :(
UEFI stop and Legacy GO, not working :(
 
Help me please, very thanks.

    The 750Ti does not play well in some premade systems like HP, Dell, or others.  I see you updated your BIOS, could you go into the BIOS and make sure everything is set to default and try again?

    i need security boot disable, in Windows 7 not, in Windows 8 yes ?

    Im gonna say that this card is not compatible with your pc probably. According to this page: http://sciencespaces.com/notebooks/hp/hp-hp-elite-7300-series-mt/45346/   it lists all the devices that are compatible with your pc. It appears the 5xx series Nvidia cards are as high as you can go and the 7xxx AMD/ATI cards are as high as you go in the red camp. Edit: I also ran a cross a post that said you need HP's updated 8 series bios' to use the 6xx and above cards, which you don't have for your pc and probably wont. Apparently MSI makes cards with a uefi/legacy switch on some of there cards that you can switch to and get around the needing the 8 series bios update for your pc. EVGA has some cards like that also, but im not sure if your is one of them. If it has a bios switch on the card it will be all the way to the back of the card.

    The older HP and Dell desktops aren't going to handle newer cards. Both of those companies don't update their BIOs to handle newer hardware that often.

    I have a similar problem and looking to change motherboards to address. Found gigabyte g41mt-s2pt. Gigabyte has not responded to my direct question on compatibility. Any idea if this has the necessary UECF switch?
