Before i start this is a RMA board. My first board was frying my graphics cards!

now... First, my number one bios went FUBAR so i had to use bios 2. Then bios 2 went FUBAR. Flashed bios 1 with last bios via DOS. Seems to work alright i guess. Had a lot of usb issues before and after. Had the green light on the onboard power button for awhile and suddenly stopped. Now in cpuz it shows everything except L1 cache and L3 cache. Says i only have 1 core and 8 threads. Bios reads it correctly though. Tried e-leet and samething. doesn't show L1,L3 cache and shows 1core 8 threads. Task manager shows 8 cores.
specs:
I7-3770K
EVGA Titan SLI
Enermax Revolution+ 1000w
Creative ZXR

Not sure wth is going on. Leaning towards the motherboard and bios right now.

Is your Bios @ 1.22? On Power on Press and Hold the Small Red Button on your Motherboard or the one on the Back I/O Panel for 5 or 6 Seconds and then let go of the Small Red Button. This will set the Bios back to Factory Settings. You make turn off some of the Cores in the Bios.

Your CPU has 4 Cores 8 Threads When HT is enabled.
Turn off HT in your Bios and see the difference. Task Manager should now only show 4 Cores.
You do not show what your Memory is and what you have installed.

What is your Bios showing as for as Cores? With HT On and with HT Off

"Says i only have 1 core and 8 threads" You mean 4 Cores and 8 Threads.
Post some images of what you are seeing.

HT On or Enabled in Bios.

This is how it shows up on mine. Tried shutting off power on my psu, remove the cable, remove cmos battery, put everything back and still the same. Also held the cmos button down. doesn't change anything.

Disabled HT shows in cpuz 1 core 4 threads

Remove your CPU and Check that you do not have any Bent Pins.
This looks more like a CPU issue than a Motherboard issue.

Then I guess you should open a Support Ticket now.

Forgot to ask but what is showing under Device Manager? Processors

You should see 8 with HT On and 4 with HT Off.

Remove CPU-Z altogether and DELETE the Folder Where you have it installed reboot your PC.
Install CPU-Z and See what it Shows.

If your motherboard is still under warranty start an RMA or contact EVGA support for further troubleshooting and confirmation.
