GTX 750Ti SC Fan

This card is loud... Loudest thing in my system even at idle (minimum cap of 40% fan speed).
 
My question is: Was there ever a BIOS update for the SC version of this card? I saw the FTW one, but I'm not sure that will work with this card.
 
Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hello, the same issue.
     
    I would like to know if there is a BIOS update.
    I have the card in a packed SFF case and pasted a few pads over the shroud and whatnot (nothing warranty breaking though), so I would like to get away without a RMA if possible.

    Yes, no BIOS to download, and even if present, not the same card.

    If you can, please email into support@evga.com and provide the serial number of the card so we can see if there's a BIOS update. If there isn't, we may be able to simply replace the card.

    Yes, I emailed there already, but they don't confirm or deny. They just tell me to place an RMA.

    I wonder if I place a RMA, what am I going to get? a new card with updated BIOS? if so can't I flash it myself? Or is it another thing? in which case I'm curious to know if what is faulty is the fan itself.

    I haven't received any email since then.

    Is it possible to upload a new BIOS for the SC as it was done for the FTW here: goo.gl / XZuCiC ?
    I'm on BIOS 82.07.25.00.50, the first one if I'm not wrong.

    I would also like to know the details of the fan, max RPM speed and probably voltage for the minimum capable RPM, the ones in the FTW are rated as 1800 RPM minimum. I'm studying the possibility of swapping the fan.
