EVGA never recieved my rebate documentation

Hey all I purchased an EVGA power supply from newegg that qualified for a $30 rebate. I printed all forms, signed them, and even cut out the address label and mailed it to the rebate processing center. I just checked the status and it says the rebate was declined because they did not receive the documentation. What am I to do now?? I just purchased a z98 classified and that also qualifies for a 50$ rebate, I'm worried the same thing is going to happen this time as well.

    No, Everything was submitted perfectly cut the upc code out with an exacto knife, this isn't my first rodeo :)

    Well I sent it within the alotted time from when I purchased it. On the rebate tracker site it says declined

    That's weird. Honestly, I like to print the To and From labels directly onto the envelope to prevent anything like the label falling off from happening.

    If additional assistance is needed, please email rebates@evga.com or call our rebate center directly Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM Eastern Time at 888-312-0719.

     
    From what you're saying, The envelope didn't make it. I don't see why they would lie about that, That sucks. But to verify, I'd call them.

    The only possibility is that the envelope do not make it. But in that instance why do I do??? I don't event have a tracking number

    No I did not actually register the product. That was not even listed as a requirement for the rebate.

    That may be a way to verify that you are the owner?
    I register each product before I mail in the rebate form. 
    But they are saying the never received any documents so then that would lead to the US Post.
    It may be somewhere in the Mail System still.

    They can verify the owner by invoice attached to rebate form.

    Basically, as Rush stated, contact EVGA for the rebate help line or email.  See if they can assist.
