Do new X-99 Boards have the Latest BIOS updates, and how do you know which Boards have which BIOS

    Once you're in the BIOS, on the bottom right of your screen will display the current BIOS in use.  If you need an update, its very straight forward and simple.

    Yeah, big fan of just dropping the BIN on a FAT32 USB key and flashing right from the BIOS. It's also is there for taking screenshots, which is nice.
     
    I have kept the first bios on 1.06 that came with the board as a fallback. You can just boot into Windows under a working flash, flip the switch to the other bios while running, and use the cmd line flash to repair a failed flash.
