hi I have installed the psu I have put the 24 pin and the 4+4 on the cpu but when I start the pc I am only getting a flicker on the fans
no fans are spinning I don't know what is wrong I put another psu in now the all the fans spin but no post

    fans on the case or the power supply fan?

    both fans case and psu with old psu
