I will start from the beginning. On the 27th of June 2013 i bought brand new EVGA GTX 670. It was working perfectly for 14 months. But then, the problems started. My first RMA was near july/august. They sent me back broken card(after installing drivers - artifacts) so there was a second RMA. And now my card AGAIN isn't working properly. Last month i had freeze of my computer but i ignored it(i was thinking that my PC was unstable - overclocked CPU's) I downlocked my CPU's, checked with all possible programs and everything was working perfectly until today. During the game i saw artifacts and computer restarted. Right now its working but during 3dmark tests it's randomly freezing, sometimes it's ok but more ooften it's giving me freezes (the same issue was with my first GPU) My spec: 2 x X5670 @ 4,2Ghz EVGA SR2 12GB of ram 1 x SSD - system 1 X HDD - data EVGA GTX 670 ANTEC HCP 1000W things i've done already: - reinstalled drivers - downclocked CPU's to stock values - checked another card in my rig (it was asus GTX 780ti) - it was working perfectly so I assumed that PSU is not a problem - last thing but probably most important - i checked this card in another computer. It passed Firestrike once but i asked my friend to lunch two more Times and after two Times it crashed(screen is fereezing) I actually love EVGA brand. With their motherboard - EVGA SR2, i dont have any problems, it's rock solid, OC'ing like hell. But i really have bad luck with GPU. This is already thrid damaged card in a 1,5 year period:/ I will try to record the issue when i will "catch" moment but this is the same issue like the last time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WX_IZqZy4Zs

If you set your Bios on your Motherboard to the Default or Optimized Setting, that is no overclocking do still have this issue? What Driver are you using? Are you over overclocking the Graphics Card? Note: Default or Optimized Setting is the same as "downclocked CPU's to stock values" From your Video your Fire Strike software looks out dated.

All settings in bios are set to optimized settings. This is the video i recorded when was my first RMA. I posted it here, beacuse the problem i have now looks exactly the same. All drivers are up to date(also 3dmark). Drivers version is: 347.25(from the 22nd of the january)
GPU is not OCed (i'm using my PC for watching movies, working with doc files and weekend gaming(mainly world of tanks)). GPU temps are up to 65 in stress

RMA time for sure. On a good note, it is a good possibility you will not be getting back a 670, well I'd assume that is a good thing. a 960 may be in your future or.....970. Unless you get another refurbished 670 (will most likely die in 6 months time lol)

Helo again I never had problems with the qaulity of EVGA tech support. Everything is working great. They answered my email in just 1 hour so i think it's also ok:). Right now i'm in a stage of losing my nerves. I gave my shipment on Tuesday, but it was sent on Thursday(quality of post company in my country - never again). Whats more, someone in this thread post that i will probably receive "another refurbished 670 (will most likely die in 6 months time lol)" this also scaring me a lot. I had some time and already check everything in my computer that could cause problems. I bought new cables for my PSU, i checked many times voltages in my PSU. Everything is working. Right know i'm using my backup GT 210 . It is working normaly, without a problem and i have this card since 2010(running without a problems:/) Don't knwo why i have such a bad luck with EVGA GTX670.

Yeah, it is very well possible that you may recieve a refurbished card, but keep in mind that not all refurbished cards die within 6 months. EVGA's RMA department has their own stock of cards, so you may get a damaged, then repaired refurbished card, or you may get a new one that someone returned because they just didn't want it. Theres also a chance that you'll get a brand new card, considering how many times you had to RMA your card. That's just my opinion, but yeah, EVGA has great customer service, just gotta be patient. Keep us updated! Don't stress out about if the card. EVGA will take great care of you!
