Most people in Serbia don't want to back card because they like how work and for their opinion crossing on R9-290-R9-290X is downgrade.
Not downgrade looking only performance but definitely not so good option because power consumption,
heat and Radeon is completely something else than GeForce.
GIGABYTE is always first to explain why No refund what people should know before they payed cards.
But definitely people say NVIDIA should be punished on some way because of this, lot of people upgrade on GTX970 because she was attractive with 350e and only 10-15% weaker than GTX980.

If it was "perfect" the controversy wouldn't exist. That being said, I'm hoping EVGA gets some GTX970 B-Stock available soon.

You would give up a 3yr warranty and option to extend the warranty to save $30 on B-Stock?

Video cards tend to fail in the first 30 days if at all. Who said it would be $30?
