    Very strange,

My first though would be if this happened directly after installing Nero 2015, uninstall it and see if you get your video back.
Can you boot into safe mode and uninstall Nero from there?

Sorry about this issue with your motherboard. Try re-seating all your power connections on your motherboard as well as your CPU, test with a single stick of memory and with and without a video card to see if you continue getting the straight FF error with switch 3 and test with the other 2 switches.
Last test would have to be barebones with the motherboard laying flat on a non-conductive surface after that if it still fails to POST with any video or with error codes you're looking at an RMA. Make sure to test the video card in the different slots on the board as well.

    Hello,

I have change the Power supply to a new one, same result. The problem here is that when I turn on the PC all leds and fans start working, but no video signal is sent to monitor. Not even te startup stuff. I already try installing the video card in different slots and another pc, the card is working. I have tried using no memory sticks, one stick, no HD connected and I still have the CODE 19 stuck at restart. I will try barebone test and if it fails what should I do?

    Thanks.

Can you re-check your Code of 19.

    Associate Code: 9E88QK5L7811G3H

Try a different monitor, display cable and a different port on the card if possible. According to the POST codes, code 19 is "Pre-memory South Bridge initialization is started." This may  be an issue with the CPU in a worst case scenario.

    Hello,

I been trying a lot of things and no succes yet. I reinstall cpu and now im getting code 19, autorestart and then I get stuck at code 04. No video signal yet in any type of monitor. I need to know if it is the processor or the mobo. I have a i7 4930k Installed.

    Thanks.

It's very uncommon that the CPU goes bad. Please register your motherboard and then email our technical support using the following email
Support@evga.com so we can support you with an RMA.
