I've searched the forums for the answer to how long the invoice verification step takes... mine has been sitting for 3 days, which seems a bit excessive. Could someone please let me know what the typical processing time is for this step?

    I am sorry for any confusion with the Step-up Program. I do see that your queue was completed on 1-26-15. Typically this part of the process can take up to 1-3 business days. However I can tell you that you will move to the next step before the end of today.
