Good Moring Jacob... you've been with EVGA for years, I know because I've seen you around and way back in the day you'd given me a few free game codes etc. (back when EVGA was much smaller)
Anyways, I want to talk about the Torque mouse. I have to say that I love the design and it's the closest I've seen to the old Logitech mouse (will remain unnamed) that's now being sold on Ebay for $200+. In other words this Torque mouse is great, I love the feel, and it's the smoothest mouse I've had the pleasure of using in recent times... HOWEVER
My Torque is having serious issues with connectivity, even with drivers installed and everything updated. It started a few months back, when the mouse would vanish from connectivity briefly, then reappears (windows device beep lol), this is happening more and more regularly now... like there's a loose wire inside the mouse, or the USB connector to my MBoard is not connecting properly; I've tried several different USB ports including 3.0 etc. I've replaced the mouse with a Logitech G, and it works fine, no vanishing mouse anymore.
Any way I can get a replacement? It's the regular black Torque with red buttons... your Quality Control team may want to take a look at this one since it was one of the first shipped. Please take a look at my profile and purchase history, you'll see I purchased directly from you folks.
*EDIT* JACOB I PURCHASED THE MOUSE FROM NEWEGG - WILL SEND RECEIPT IF I NEED TOThanks,
Chris
