hi guys..i am not sure if si the right section;however, I wanted to ask how do you to view my open support ticket in my profile page, I'll explain, I opened a support ticket just that when I press send, me back to the home page of the site and do not know if it was sent or not, as I can do to control?

    Go to your profile and select your hardware (trying to think of this off the top of my head).

    Once you see your registered product, click it. It should take you to a page with more options. Click support tickets, and it should show the history.

    I will make screen shots for you when I get back to my computer in about 30 minutes.

    In the mean time, can you post which browser you are using? Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer?
