just sent mine out, declared value on it and got it insured, the only the that bothers me is that I did not have the cd (kinda tossed it out because I thought it was useless) everything else is there even the covers for the inputs and pci express.

1-3 days for processing my ass. They received it on the 6th and everything still says pending with no updates. Now it won't even get looked at until Monday again. Thanks eVGA. Plus making me buy a backplate when the FTW series should of come with them (being top tier, IMO), let alone the FTW+ being released as well.

Same here. You'll be fine...the card and accessories are more important than an obsolete CD:-)

Bad luck then. They got mine on Christmas Eve and I had to wait until 1/5 before the clock started:P But I got mine on the 8th. Keep in mind they are still backlogged from Christmas.

They received mine Friday, but didn't ship until today, Tuesday. They must be shipping at the cost of snail mail because tracking has me receiving it on Monday, six days from now, 5 business days.

UPS or USPS? I doubt it will be USPS but I got mine within the 3 days of when I received the email they had shipped it. EVGA is in CA and I am in Alabama. Actually, I remember we had a choice of how to ship. I chose 3 day shipping. I can't confirm it because I did this back in November:-) UPDATE: Ok I went back through all my emails with the step-up process and this should help you. Can you view your card under 'My Products'? There should be 2 transactions for this process, your original card and your new card. 'View Details' on your old card. You should then see something like this: Cost Breakdown:New Product $379.99 Original Product - $3xx.xx Step-Up Cost $xx.xx Shipping Cost + $xx.xx Tax + $0.00 Total Cost xx.xx Shipping Out Option: UPS 3 Day Select Notice the shipping cost and the Shipping Out Option. If you see the above, I'd give it a day or 2 and see if UPS refreshes their info before contacting EVGA. Sometimes as the invoice is handed to UPS/FEDEX, they throw out a day and almost always it is off. The thing to look for on the tracking info is what the carrier shows - 3 Day Select. Hope this helps!

It does help however I must have selected ups ground... Unless 3 day wasn't an option for me. I'm in the mid west so it can be a toss up. Hope it gets here by Saturday though. Thanks for the info!

sent my gtx 970 sc on 20th got there on 21st updated to received on 22nd Still waiting for 980 to be shipped to me. :D glad it got there in 1 day hopefully I'll get the 980 before on or before monday
