I don't know if this was mentioned...  The SR-2 likes to have the GTX 590's in PCIe slots 1 and 3.  I had the second GTX 590 in slot 5 and could not get all my memory to register in triple-channel.  I had to put them in dual-channel to get all the memory to register in BIOS and W7.  Weird enough, only CPU-Z saw all the memory in triple-channel...

System - eVGA Series 5520 SR-2 motherboard w/2x Intel Xeon X5680 3.33 GHz CPUs + 96GB (12x 8GB) SK Hynix (HMT31GR7BFR4C-H9) + Lian Li PC-V2120X + Silverstone 1500W power supply

Very interesting. I have a video card in Slot 5 because I run Tri-SLI. I also have issues with memory disappearing and only E-LEET was seeing all the memory.

Maybe we are starting to find a cause of the memory issue.

Yes.. I mentioned that..  Ive had very few of the reported memory reporting problems but I have seen it once or 2wice.. it starts up dropping 8G but its happens rarely.  slot 3 is too close on air so im stuck in 1 and 4 @ 8x but it dosent change my benches much.

Hmmmm .... I have two Quadro 7000 in PCIe slots 5 and 7, and no problems with all the memory (12 x 8GB).

I think there may be an issue with one of your BIOs settings.  Have you overclocked your CPUs?  If so look into the memory low gap setting.  I have read this may have some effect in a thread a few months back.

Try disabling unused pcie with jumpers... maybe that will fix it ! :D

IIRC 590 is dual GPU card, so running 3 of those you are running 6 GPUs.
Go to your BIOS and make sure that under memory settings you have the low memory gap / memory hole set to 3GB.
Have you made sure that each card on it's own works fine in each slot?

I'm having the same issue. All slots occupied, 2GB per slot for a total of 24. Channels 5 and 6 on both sockets aren't showing up in BIOS but in eleet, they all show. Bios and windows only see's 16GB. I'll check the low memory gap settings when I get home and see if that will have any effect.

Clear the CMOS and see if it is still missing at stock clocks. Hard-setting all of the memory timings (rather than leaving them on "auto") may also help.
