Hey Guys,
i got my new mouse yesterday and i am enjoying it very much. But now there is a Problem. Yesterday i used it for about 6 Hours and today since i turned my pc on it doesnt work anymore.
I am a PC-Specialist so dont come with reboot etc... :D i uninstalled it and reboot and switched the Port ...and yeah even tried to use it on another pc. There is nothing ... it stays black and doesnt move anything. In the Hardware Overview i see it as unknown USB Device -.-

Maybe some help or do i really have to RMA it

Greetings from Germany and have nice holidays :D

I am having this same problem. I plugged in my mouse and followed the instructions on the pamphlet to get to software, and when I ran the software it recognized my mouse, then updated the firmware. Right after the firmware was done the mouse suddenly was not recognized by windows 8.1 and also popped up as an unknown USB device through device manager. It said code 43. Any help on this would be nice as I didn't even get a chance to test it out in a game.

Might see if evga will do a free cross shipping. They have done it for other customers with issues.

    Guys,

I am planning to buy the Torq X10 carbon. I primarily play FPS. So, is this mouse great for sniping. I use a claw grip. Most online reviews say it is too big and not comfortable for people with short hands.

You have to get and try it :D i have really big hands and i love this mouse .... but i loved the Razor Copperhead earlier too. So it is just an "Do i feel good with it" thing and nobody can tell you if your hands love it or hate it ;)
