I'm looking to step up my 980SCs to the 980FTWs, but they're not available in the product list. Is that because they're out of stock? This is the first time I've tried to step up, so I'm not sure of the nuances. I assumed that though out of stock, I could get on some sort of waiting list.

    Never mind. I scrolled past the FAQ and they do get into what's in stock for step up, and how it is available. I guess I'll patiently wait to see if I get a chance to step up in the next 64 days.

    as far as I know you can't step-up between same GPU's, i.e. two different GTX 980 versions.
