Hello,
is the PSU sufficient for 2x SC GTX 980 with the following components?
 
Gigabyte X99-UD4
Intel 5820k @ 4GHz (1,19V)
Asus Essence II STX (~ around 20 Watts)
4x4 GB DDR4
5x usual 120mm fans

    if you are not planing extreme OC it should be more than enough.
     
    here some results from the Overclockers review for a single GTX 980 SC, system draw 354W at max.
    your PSU supplies over 700W real power so your have at least 300W for the second card alone.

    That PSU probably just makes it. You should be fine.
