I'm currently running an EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Superclocked 3GB graphics card (part# 03G-P4-2883-KR) and apparently one card won't run my 3 monitors anymore since changing one of my 1920x1080 monitors for a 4K monitor. So, I've been looking on Ebay and there are quite a variety of cards available, all EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti but some are Superclocked, some are classified, and many have different part numbers than mine. I've never setup dual graphics cards in SLI so I'd like some advice about what cards with work with the one I have. Do I have to stick with identical graphics cards (same part number) when running SLI or can I use any EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti card? I need to run these 3 monitors, 4 counting my old one if possible, and it seems like adding an additional graphics card is my only solution. Hard to believe I bought this card 6 months ago for almost triple the price of some of the used ones on eBay. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Any blower style 780 ti card should work.

Sweet, thanks. I'm really not looking forward to taking my waterloop apart though, but it must be done.

watch the Vram usage.... it will suck up the 3GB that the 780 TI's have when running a 4K monitor, I recommend you get a 6GB titan instead or wait for a 8GB variant of the 970/980 cards SLI doesn't add up the vram usage just so you know.

You didn't list your system components, but you'll need to make sure that your PSU can adequately handle SLI.

For GTX780Ti Classified and GTX780Ti KPC SLI 1200W is recommended. Special if someone have AMD or Intel Extreme Processor. I see one more owner of 1200 P2 here.

If you do get the classified Model then you HAVE to use a Ribbon SLI Cable do to the height of the classified card. Sorry not best images.

You mentioned any blower style 780 Ti, but since I removed all that and hooked up a full EK waterblock and backplate, could I still buy any model 780 Ti and it'll run SLI with my EVGA Superclocked? I need as much power as possible so would another Superclocked card be the best choice or a Classified? Also, after looking through the article in a previous post, it mentioned that even different brand cards will work in SLI as long as they have the same GPU. Taking that into consideration also, if I wanted to add as much extra GPU power possible running SLI with my EVGA Superclocked card, would another brand card give me more power than another EVGA? I realize I'm asking this on an EVGA forum, but please don't be biased. I'm just looking for advice on the most powerful, fastest card I can run SLI with the card I already have. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
