I have seen a few vid on Simulated FUR it looks super cool
I just would like to know if it out yet
I have the game and have fur on but it don't look no where near the vids on it
is it just a amd thing
I got the latest up dates for the game

    I thought this feature was an ultra texture setting, or a graphical setting?
    As far as I am aware it's in, but I don't own this game yet.

    NOthing in that game is optimized for AMD, so no its not an AMD thing. Its actually a graphics settings under "fur" or something of the sort. You either check it on or off. FWIW, while it looks cool Im sure it kills performance if you have a dated GPU. As for the effect, perhaps texture quality has some bearing on how much "fur" there is? IDK, I max everything out.

    Yes. It looks extremely nice but comes at the cost of huge performance hit.

    ... and that is only true for 9 series. Anything below and the hit is worse.
     
    BTW, Fur option is named 'simulated' for Nvidia users wishing to try this. On and Off for everyone else. Clearing post number 3.
