are you running in safe mode?
if so, and that did not work.
 
Delete the Nvidia folder from your c drive
Restart in safe mode, run the Nvidia driver installation.
After it copies the files back to the c drive, stop
Restart the computer and let it check for the driver itself.
It may detect and install automatically but you may need to run the installer again / 
you need to completely remove all traces of the driver and its components
or you can just reinstall (completely) the entire Nvidia driver and all its components,
When you reinstall the driver, choose custom / advance / clean install only the graphics driver
You should then have 3d vision uninstalled./ if that was your objective,
