Hey will there be any FTW 980? I see double bios there. The Classy seems a bit too expensive... When will 980 FTW launch?

Oh, so you guys are planning this card with 8GB Vram? The 8GB cards are also said to be around late Nov-Dec. This card seems to have a good OC...
Bythewat why is the Copper waterblock card downclocked down to 1393? Wasn't 1418MHz clock stable?
 
I wonder however, is it only GTX 980 getting 8GB...?

I know it's 4GB. I was asking if you heard anything from Nvidia about the 8GB cards. 
 
By the way, it's already mid November. I am out of patience for that FTW 980. As I found out - the GTX 980 is the best choice for ACU on 1440p (people tell me no other card can reach at least 40FPS average at ultra on ACU on 1440p res). When are you guys releasing this card?
 
If a Ti comes along in Feb, I will sell this one and get the Ti version. Then SLI it next winter holiday season.

Do you think EVGA is allowed d to drop that news before nvidia authorizes it?

Go to the speculation boards for the latest info. This isn't going to be answered until an official release comes from NVIDIA. asking won't help.

I also hope soon, was planning to install my 680's in my son's new build but may get him a 980 FTW instead and second one for Christmas.

It would be even better to wait for the 980Ti and then SLI it next Xmas rather than getting 2 GTX 980s. 4GB Vram is not good future proof.

Probably the upcoming 960 reveal postponing more custom cards.

Targets are tentative. He never promised you anything.

Every manufacturer wants to sell their current 980 skus at top dollar during this holiday season, they're not going to jeopardize their own margins by offering any new 980 designs as long as current offerings are more than exceeding projected sales.

When sales begin dropping as they always do with graphics cards OR until AMD launches some reasonable competition, the FTW will be delayed until it is necessary to boost the monthy/quarterly sales figures (gross income).

There is zero financial reason for EVGA to launch the 980 FTW at this time.

That said, I'll take two in SLI for January. : )
