Today i read on the EVGA rma website that my Evga GTX 670 FTW SIGNATURE 2 has been replaced with a GTX 760 SC ACX Cooler. I think the new vga is significantly lower than the previous GTX 670 FTW and I are really disappointed . On UPS website, i read that the shipment has not started yet , you can do something ? Thanks and sorry for my english

Hi DANI112113, so first thanks for your report - talked to our RMA-Manager and it was a failure from the RMA department, so we contacted UPS to get back the package, but through the status, it´s already in Italy - in case they´re trying to deliver, just reject the package to get it back to EVGA RMA department as fast as possible; our RMA-Manager is aware about the situation and takes care personally - we do apologize for the circumstances - for any requests, please contact us either through email: supporteu@evga.com or phone: +49 189 049 - 11 Markus

UPS have confirmed that will unlock the shipment. Probably they did not see the msg posted by evga to UPS Germany.
