Right now I'm dealing with shipping issues with UPS and my step-up. Because you guys require a signature they won't deliver it.  That's fine but they keep coming early in the day when I'm obviously working.  After they attempt to deliver it 1 more time its going to be held for pick-up at their distro location which is even further away for me to drive.  I spoke with UPS and due to your account having everything locked down, I cannot even pay them to reschedule for a specific date, or even reschedule for a specific TIME-FRAME.
 
Why can you guys not change your shipping terms to at least allow me to PAY ups to schedule a day and/or time that works for me? It makes absolutely no sense considering you're still requiring me to sign the damn thing.  While your CS called me today, its still really annoying that you literally lock UPS from doing ANYTHING except to hold the package by default after 3 attempts.

no no it's totally fine they need to be signed for its an expensive item being shipped, its just that literally how you guys lock down the shipping, UPS isn't even allowed to offer me the ability to reschedule the delivery based on a day or time frame that works.
