My GTX is not being recognized in my bios or devise manager. Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Gene CPU: Intel Haswell I7-4770k GPU: GTX 780 PSU: BFG 1000w RAM: G. Skill Ripjaw 8GB4x 1333 i had a EVGA Supernova 750w PSU but it stopped working and switched it to the BFG 1000w and suddenly the Graphics Card didnt work. I tried reseating it many times and everything is firmly in place. i tried different PCI-e power cords and nothing. the fans spin on the card.

Things to try... #1 Clear the CMOS. #2 Try the card in a different PCI-E slot on the motherboard.

PSU has way more than enough power to power your entire rig without a problem. You could take the 780 to your local computer repair shop to have them test it.

i live in Hawaii and there is hardly any computer stores. im starting to think the supernova 750w killed it but not sure because the fans on the 780 work when i had my supernova in the rig everything worked well until everything shut off suddenly. took the psu out and gave it the paperclip test and fan wouldn't spin. put BFG 1000w (which came out when GTX 260 were top) and the BIOS and OS didnt recognize the cards at all.

You should RMA 750 G2 than and to check graphic card. You must be sure before RMA card that she not work. Best for that is in another PC. My PSU die on same way before one year and thanks good every part work after that like nothing happen. Thanks god. Now thanks to EVGA I have best world Platinum PSU, 1200 P2.

Box is not problem, but you should keep fan far from kids, if your blades are broken that's physical damage caused by improper handling. If you have luck you can find same fan on E-Bay or Ali Express and replace and than send to technical support, but must be identical, same model and fan manufacturer, etc, everything as original.

Physical damage to the fans shouldn't be a problem. You will most likely get charged a service fee for the damaged fans but otherwise should be good to go as long as the PCB isn't damaged. Box isn't a problem.

Have you tried booting with only the onboard GPU, with no cards in the system? Tralapanzzy i live in Hawaii and there is hardly any computer stores. im starting to think the supernova 750w killed it but not sure because the fans on the 780 work when i had my supernova in the rig everything worked well until everything shut off suddenly. took the psu out and gave it the paperclip test and fan wouldn't spin. put BFG 1000w (which came out when GTX 260 were top) and the BIOS and OS didnt recognize the cards at all.
Just so you are aware, the 750 G2 uses Eco Mode, so unless you have Eco Mode disabled, the PSU fan will not spin until it hits a certain temperature range, even when jumped. Did you have the PSU connected to something like a case fan to make sure something would turn on when jumped? Tralapanzzy looks like i cant RMA my card because one fine on each fan broke and my kids tore tthe box a litttle
The box isn't an issue. EVGA doesn't require the original box for an RMA, so a little tearing won't make a difference. If the fan blades broke during normal usage, that shouldn't be a problem. If you or your kids broke the fan blades, then you'll probably want to talk with EVGA tech support.
