Issue with a 780 Lighting up, please help

Am I missing something? I have an EVA GTX 780 6gb Card and I can not seem to get it to illuminate at all either through the program listed above or  the Geforce Experience. Any help would be appreciated as I am quite new to the whole line of cards but have a case you can see through on the side so I would love to add this glow.

    I think LED Controller work only on reference cards.
    You have GTX780 6GB ACX? 
     
    That's option for these cards

    I have EVGA GeForce GTX 780 6GB SC with ACX Cooler 6GB GDDR5 384-Bit SLI Ready Graphics Card 06G-P4-3787-KR. Also Geforce and the EVGA program recognize the card as a 780 and say the light should be on steady.

    700 series ACX coolers don't have lights.
