Oh I am, it's just that if there is a problem, I'd like to get on it instead of having to wait and then run into the Hollidays season and be out of luck until the new year. All I really want to know is did they get my package,cause UPS said they delivered it.

This wouldn't be much of an issue but being this time of the year and with the holladays work hours, it's kinda stressful to be shipping things at the moment. I did my step up in early October and was thinking I'd miss the holladays...that didn't work out lol

Edit: Just got conformation that my cards were recived, thanks again EVGA!! Best Pc components company in the world imo! Will always buy EVGA cards and mobo's, you've shown how well you treat your customers. I appreciate your hard work and your products:)

UPS notified me that my old card was delivered to EVGA this morning, no confirmation from EVGA yet, but seeing other people's posts I am more at ease now. Excited to switch back from Integrated Graphics to an actual card :P

Sounds great. Thanks for the info! Fortunately I'm not in a big rush for my card, but it would be nice to get it sooner than later.

Received my first 980 and sent out my 2nd card Tuesday.  USPS tracking shows the card was delivered to them an hour ago so hopefully they ship it out to me tomorrow or Monday so I can get it before the end of the year. 

Just got my shipping notification. Card should be here on Monday. Ohhhhh happy daaaaaay!!! :)

Got the 970 acx 2.0 step up today! Also got a backplate. I thought the 970 backplate promo ended but they sent one. It's possible they sent one because the 760 SSC I sent them had a backplate too.

Crap.  I didn't read the holiday schedule until today:-)  I paid for the step-up on the 16th and shipped the card to evga on the 17th and they got it today (at least a guy named Barber signed for it), so I'll have to wait until 1/5 before I find out if they really did get it and then if so, wait another 6 or so business days for it to arrive.  Oh well.

They did get it thats the same guy that signed for mine. I lucked out and mine got delivered a day early so it was shipped out to me yesterday. I have no backup gpu though, lol.

Ok great!!  No big deal on getting the card before EOY, but would have been nice to play around with it while on vacation.  At least I can take comfort it's with EVGA and not UPS for 2 weeks.

Got both of my 980s before Christmas (great christmas gift).  Definitely worth the upgrade from sli 780s.

Did you or anybody else happen to still get a backplate recently? Just sent mine in, was hoping that they would send a backplate with it.

So it seems everyone is getting blackplates currently?
 
I did a step-up from my 970 SSC to a 970 FTW, but I didn't get the FTW card yet. I would like the backplate, so wondering if I should just buy one to get it at same time, or if card will come with one.

Mine (970 FTW) didn't come with a backplate.  Sweet card so far, especially with a custom fan profile.  Under load, 50% fan speed, 38C is max temp.
