GTX 970 ACX 2.0 SC PC startup problem.

So, I had gotten my EVGA GTX 970 backplate in the mail today (EU for the ones wondering) so I installed it carefully as the instructions told me to.
 
I put the card back in my PC and it wouldn't show me any screen.
I looked into the case and noticed the fans were attempting to start, but they didn't succeed.
 
They just moved forward & backwards fast for like 2seconds, then stopped for about 5, and then moving backwards & forwards again, and so on.
 
I've had the GTX 970 SC for exactly 2 months today.
 
Any clues?

    I must disconnect power cable from psu, every time when I want to turn on my PC, then card start booting.

    Mine does exactly the same as in your video!
    I however cannot get it working in any way :/

    This is my second card from RMA...
    I noticed that windows installing vga drivers every time when my PC boots up.
