It really seems like a joke that EVGA would put the EV BOT connector on any product since they do not have the EV BOT controller any more

Looks like they haven't got them. They would need to have a lot of people who want to buy them, so the price can stay down. With only a small amount of people wanting it, then the price would be way too high. You could call Evga on the phone, and ask. Worth a try.

I won EVBot bid on E-Bay for 40$ but guy didn't want to ship outside of UK. 
But I suppose because of that he had very small number of offer. 18 pounds.
I offer him 30 pounds to send him with Western Union and when he get money to ship me or
if he want to my friend pay him with Pay Pal. But he only want inside UK. 
 
EVGA should make that little thing again. 
Look and GIGABYTE have something similar... They are unable to make stable fabric OC graphic cards and make G board and some little device similar as EVBot.

So in other words, I'm guessing, but until there is 500 or 1000 people lined up to buy them, I don't thing another order would come in.

Here's an idea: contact Jacob to get the minimal order amount, and setup a Group Buy here or on OCN (more traffic there). I wouldn't ask for a discount for the group buy, since we all will pay the full price.

If you can the number of group buys to fill a certain percentage of minimal order (I'm thinking 75%?) then I don't see why EVGA wouldnt place another order with a number of people committed.

But that's part of the issue... That's a lot of people to line up and in my group buy experience, only about 1/2 pays anyways so most fall through. Maybe a Pre-Order to lock in the buys?

Point is, if you can get the community ralleyed enough, it can happen. And I think a group buy is the best approach for that.

Def a good idea. If EVGA would include evbot connections on everything but reference, bottom of the line vanilla mobos/gcards, they could move a lot more of them.They would probably blast right through 500 easy. Its a great product and really needs to be used on more parts. Being for Classified and some FTWs only really cuts out alot of potential customers. The only reason I can think of is either because they don't want a novice picking this up and blowing up cards, sending EVGA into RMA hell or they want to prop up the Classifieds and top tier FTW's since they are more expensive and harder to move.

All of the Classifieds have had the evbot. The extreme overclockers still use them, and it is a miniscule item to include on the board, so they shouldn't omit it just because it is no longer in production.

On that note, I wish EVGA would release a new one, so the guys that paid $50 for one can stop trying to sell them for $200... There are too many other controllers available (like classy voltage tool) to pay that stupid price.

Oh man, Im thinking of buying 780 Classy, But dont know if i shoud go with Asus 290(x), I Love Evga and they dont make AMD cards :P I guess i will stick to evga/nVidai/Intel :) :D

It is a solid plan!  I am not and have not been disappointed with my 780 Classy!  It really is a ridiculous card, as soon as prices dropped i grabbed my second card for SLI and they just rip.  Benchmarking both cards @ 1300+ Mhz is very easy and the ACX cooler does a great job for an air cooler.  I originally was going to get dual 290x's, but I wanted to have high PhysX particles and G-Sync.  And it seems as though newer games like Shadow of Mordor and BL the Pre-Sequel really just are meant for this card, very very compatible with eachother and just absolutely stunning on 6040x1080P, even only at 60Hz I am getting 90 FPS+ !

ugh I knew I would regret picking up the 980 Classified.  If it isn't one thing or another.

where are Evbots?
