So once again Ubisoft has disappointed me again! I am US military overseas in korea, almost every time companies make exceptions for US military overseas as it is always our choice and we still pay US taxes and other things. I ordered a 980x and a 840 evo, which gave me access to both Farcry 4 and AC:U, as I had no interest in the crew. When I tried to redeem the codes I was unable to locate USA/US country option. So I emailed them:

You wroteNov 26, 2014 at 05:55 AM ESTHello,

I was trying to add my delivery address and noticed I can not find USA/United States/United States of America. I am currently overseas in korea (military) and not sure if that may be the issue. I would like to get this resolved ASAP, as it is preventing me from acquiring FarCry.

Thank you,

Chris @ Ubisoft Customer Service :The Uplay Shop will not allow a purchase made with a billing account that does not originate in the region that the purchase is being made. This protects against fraudulent purchases. This is the reason that you are not able to choose the United States in the billing information. Unfortunately you will not be able to place an order unless you have a billing account to use from the region that you are in. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I remember have this same issue with APO address in West Germany at the time.
    It Sucks I know.
    How to get around it.
Use your Address of where you entered the Military like your Parents Address. Let them know you are going to do this.
Keep the Billing Address the same no matter where you get stationed after you have set this up.
Pay your Bill through the internet like with Bill Pay.

This is just stupid "This protects against fraudulent purchases"

Yeah I was planning on that, but I don't even get the menu to select USA, because my ip is foreign.

I dont know how it works with their TOS, but try connecting through a US Proxy. Then maybe it will be an option.

US Proxy seems to be the only solution for you right now.
