Is customer support made up of end users?
 
The Manual is not very useful. It's purpose is to gather user info and up sell?
 
The goal should be to install the Graphic Control panel and appropriate drivers; but only if required.
 
Should contains step by step process using proper terminology.
 
1. Install Nvidia Control panel software
 
2. Run Nvidia Control panel software
 
3. Select graphic card 'GeForce GT 730'
or automate this: control panel software should be able to interrogate hardware and pre-select graphic card 
 
4. Select drivers for 'GeForce GT 730'
or automate this: control panel software should be ale to select software drivers for card if needed.
 
5. Nvidia wait for customer to execute driver installation, software should backup drivers it replaces
