^ This.  Right now, a lot of people are having issues with AC: Unity, that will only likely be solved by patches from Ubisoft.  Lagging is just one of the various problems people are having.

I'd suggest testing with some other games or benchmarks to see if you're still lagging or having other problems.

Hey man, you mind sharing that superclocked bios?

What you have ASUS or MSI?
I notice owners of ASUS and other brands Titan/ Titan Black and Titan Z sneak around guys with SuperClocked models trying to mump SuperClocked BIOS... Poor they have only reference BIOS with brand name.
I joke off course, you have normal model?
I would do same, flash normal with SC BIOS.
I'm not sure is it possible even to re-flash with BIOS from other brand.

Who wouldn't want a bios that offered a boost in performance that required no utility running or any other bull crap?

Flashing is possible and very quick and easy to do so.

I say same, even if want to OC memory little I will change in BIOS not in software.
BIOS from Titan Z HydroCopper is even faster little.
How much boost your Titan Z in 3D applications?

In the gaming section I have tried to post info about game patches as they become available for this game. My suggestion is that you make sure all patches are installed and I expect even more patches to come. Ubisoft are issuing patches quite quickly so at least they are showing concern.
