    Gotta love them tamales

Since my mom was going to visit our family in Sacramento, She made the Tamales yesterday. I took 3 of them to lunch, But grabbed them from a bag she had separated cause she didn't have time to cook them all before she left... Didn't realize this and thought they were just undercooked a bit... So Igot to work and had to scrape them off the leaf and just put sour cream and ate them.

When I got home at night, I grabbed some more and noticed the cheese wasn't melted at all, So I grabbed another bag and they were all cooked and I realized how badly I screwed up... I ate 3 tamales RAW LOL. They were still good though, Is that weird?

Depends, some tamales are made with cooked ingredients then steamed. Around Christmas my grandma comes over and transforms our kitchen into a tamale factory, then we put it all in a steaming pot and take it outside, build a fire and steam them
