just looking for some diagnostic software that can tell me what is wrong with my pc ? i posted this before in the z68 support forum i have a problem with my computer waking up from sleep. it does not recognize my c drive i have to shut off and turn pc back on again. this happened recently when i ran a dual boot system one har drive had 8.1 the other had the technical release candidate on it. when this started i removed the other hard rive and went back to one still the problem happens . since then i changes my power supply and made a fresh install and still happens . i am going to change my data cable i ordered on from newegg recently.http://forums.evga.com/pr...-wake-up-m2254967.aspx

Ensure the BIOS firmware and chipset drivers are updated. Try EVGA's chipset driver first and then www.intel.com/p/en_US/support. Intel always has the newest version but I like trying the manufacturer's version first. You could check the hard drive manufacturer's website for firmware updates too but it probably isn't necessary. 
 
Changing the power plan settings is another option. Open your power options, select Change plan settings for your current Power Plan and select Change advanced power settings. Expand Hard disk and change Turn off hard disk after to never/0. 

I would try attempting to fix the MBR
