Hey man, been in a similar boat recently. I keep managing to talk myself out of my upgrades, due to the fact I can still max every game I play at my native 1920x1080. To be honest though, a 660Ti and 760 are so close in performance, that to the naked eye, it's doubtful you will see any improvement whatsoever. It's really not worth the extra cash out the door. The only meaningful upgrade, would really be to a Dual GTX 770, or GTX 970 setup. Keep running your powerhouse 660's! They will surely serve you for a long time to come. Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but 2 660 TI's in SLI is pretty close to the performance of a GTX Titan, if not better!

My 660 ti sli set up benchmarks about the same as my buddies single 780(non TI) rig. They are near identical rigs, same mobo cpu ram. I run a slightly higher cpu OC 4.0 vs 4.2.  I scored a little higher with the 3dmark primary test and a little lower in firestrike.

I would not upgrade to anything less than 970s or better at this point. I'm holding off to see what the performance and price of a pair of 960s when they are released
