    That doesn't surprise me. A month or two ago I did a full scan using Comodo and it found a piece of malware in my Steam Audiosurf file. I picked up Audiosurf probably 4 years ago, but it does get periodic updates. Or Comodo is getting smarter about finding things.

    Probably something injected into jpegs of gifs that people post. Most anti-virus do live checks on everything though.
     
    Just as likely to get a virus here via jpeg or gif.

    Yeah, I use Microsoft Security Essentials for everyday use as it doesn't have a big footprint and works pretty good for the most part. Periodically I will run MalwareBytes and Comodo just to double check things, and it does find some stuff.

    I stopped using Microsoft Security Essentials when it had that 80% detection rating last year.
     
    Does it work better now? I feel like, if I dont catch a virus every now and then they arent working. lol. I scan Malwarebytes, Avast, Nod32 Online Scanner, Comodo, and Spybot Search and Destroy at least once a month and they never come up with anything.

    Spybot has always been my favorite... At least the older version.
