I personally will never buy another Speedlink product.  I bought their true 5.1 headset a few years ago and it didn't take long for one of the wires to fail and all of my left ear cup wouldn't work.  Their customer support was horrible and couldn't get a replacement.  A couple of Christmas' ago, my parents gave me another set of the 5.1 headset since they knew my other one wasn't working.  Guess what, it broke and couldn't get it fixed.  They weren't cheap headsets either, and now I have two of them sitting around broken.  So I have learned my lesson and will NEVER buy another one of their products.
