I recently received a 980:SC:ACX2 and discovered I was charged $4.25 for an "Adult Signature" which I did not request. An e-mail replay from EVGA stated that it's automatic on orders over $500. The UPS driver had no record of a signature being required. Can some please show me where in the ordering system it is stated that this charge will be applied?

Optional signature confirmation upon delivery. Shipments from EVGA do not include any signature confirmation requirement. If you wish to add this, please check below.
Add signature to my order for 3.25
You must have ticked it. Btw, I tried it with a card that is over $500. Subtotal :

Sales Tax (9.00%) :
$55.80
Shipping (UPS Ground) :
$4.99
Grand Total
$680.78
So did they charge you $4.99 AND $4.25? Can you show us a pic of the invoice (Just the pricing ones that shows the charges).

Honestly, You should be more careful next time... When I placed the order the signature "option" was $3.25 and I did not opt for it. When I got the e-mail invoice that was where the $4.25 appeared. When UPS delivered, my usual driver could find nothing about a signature being required. An email reply from EVGA told me that it's an automatic charge on orders over $500. And you can bet that I'll 'be more careful' if there is a next time.

Heini2, My apologies. You should link them to this thread as here goes your refund and hopefully something extra to make up for your troubles. Per Store Terms All orders placed for over $900 (USD) will require an adult signature verification upon delivery. The signature will be automatically added to the shipping costs of the item. So they probably changed the rule and dropped it down to $500, However since the store terms still reflects as $900, You are in the right and eVGA is in the wrong. But alas, eVGA has great customer service and they will get you all taken care of :) I promise.

Dear Heini2, I can confirm that the order would have a check mark should automatically be added to the Adult Signature Box on larger orders and this would show on the shipping page as a check box that cannot be changed. In this case since I can confirm that an error did occur and the signature was missing on your shipment and due to this we will have a refund processed for you on the signature price to assist. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to process and I am very sorry for any inconvenience. Please let me know if you should have any additional questions or concerns. chrisb@evga.com

You guys should at least update the Store Terms page. It's confusing to see it be a requirement for an order that was under $600 and the only explanation we get is that it's mandatory for orders over $900.... Edit: Just checked the Store Terms page, Thanks for correcting it :)!
