I've owned the nex 1500 for a while, but never hooked up the usb cable and downloaded the software. I went to download it just now, and no matter what browser I use, how many times I re-log in or if my cookies are clear, I get this error - Authenticate at remote partner site failed! SessionID=ke15gz451bnuhouf00juvwqv MapCustomerID=metus6 if someone could help me out that would be great.

    Yep they have an issue:
    Authenticate at remote partner site failed! SessionID=y4tjnbigwys0ri252n4yw155   MapCustomerID=REMOVE USER ID
    It looks like it is not passing our account to show that we own one.

    Thanks for the media fire links! I suppose the supernova software isn't really high priority right anymore, hopefully the linking on the official page gets fixed though. Thanks again guys.
