I haven't heard many news about it, so I decided to start my own server and try it out! (dedicated from pc)
It changed SO MUCH!
 
What's your story?
I started playing minecraft in alpha, and I remember the introduction of railways, my friend and I spent days trying to get them to work until we gave up and just started playing survival again. I've had some fun times in minecraft, no matter if it was creative, survival, or some type of mod! How bout you guys/girls?

    Heh, not sure it's even the same game since Alpha, they've done a considerable amount of work since then. I played it after the last big update, but after building a giant villager metropolis to make tons of golemns spawn I sorta quit playing again.


    Have water, will cool.

    I heard about that, nothing bad really happened yet. Minecraft hasn't gotten Games for Windows Live, so they got this going for them, which is nice.

    Definitely changed since alpha. I am pretty sure textures changed for the better too, not sure how that's possible since they're freaking blocks lol

    Eh I stopped playing around two years ago, I wasted a whole summer playing that game with my cousin. It was a awesome time though, I just could of been doing such better things.

    I've started playing again about 3 days ago because a friend of mine made a server that he's also hosting. They did add a lot of new things since the last time I played, but like any other thing they added since the alpha days, I'm not using them. I still don't know how to use redstone so I'm just a classic minecraft gamer. I just build big things. :)
