So trying to get around the locked multiplier doesn't work and oc tuner in the bios didn't do anything either.

But going back to the EZ interface where you can choose silent /normal /or "turbo, chose turbo and the bios boosts the blck to 103.## and other tweaks and then running cpuz and hwnfo shows all four cores hitting 3.9 to 4.1. Nice.

I was worried that my locked 2500 would bottle neck my upgrades (970 wit 570 physix) since it clocks at 3.3. But this seems to relax me. My sli 570 can't handle mordor ...
